Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice to do so. We thank you for your cooperation and continued support in allowing us to be able to do what we love.

No Show Policy

First Time No Show

A 50% deposit is required to schedule your next appointment

Second Time No Show

We will require your next appointment to be paid in full.

Late Arrivals

Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We understand that things may happen and we will try our best to accommodate you. However if you are more than 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment.
